Leila is an Amsterdam-based Designated Meisner Teacher who bridges thirty years of professional acting experience with a radical commitment to artistic truth. With diverse international training, Leila specializes in stripping away “outer masks” to help actors unlock spontaneous, gut-instinct performances. A graduate of the Meisner Institute’s DMT program, she is a performer, writer, and activist dedicated to creating transformative, safe spaces for the truthful use of oneself under imaginary circumstances.
She founded and currently leads Meisner Studio Amsterdam.
