I'm a British-born bit-part Jewish, bit-part Iranian, citizen-of-nowhere Meisner Technique teacher in Amsterdam and am studying to be a designated Meisner teacher with the Meisner Institute in LA. I also teach evening classes for Act Attack. Sometimes I act, but mostly when no one's looking. When I'm not doing these things I am writing, cooking up initiatives to bring about action on the climate and biodiversity crisis, hanging out with my beautiful and unruly children or making silly noises. But mostly making silly noises.

    I was recommended your class by Elyse O’Shaughnessey. I would be interested to attend a taster class, and would be keen to know when your next one would be.

    I am a rather novice amateur actress, who did a few musical theatre workshops, but without much actual training.

    1. Hi Rishi, thanks for your message.

      You are very welcome to come to my next taster next Wednesday evening if you like. Then you can decide if you would like to take part in one of the foundation courses or audit them. Both are possible. I have given classes to directors before with very good results.

      The taster class runs from 18.30 to 21.30 at Tugelaweg 85 in Amsterdam Oost. If you want to come, please send me your email address so I can send you all the details.

      If you aren’t able to come, we can also arrange an online call next week. I am usually available in the
      mornings.

    I’m very interested in Meisner technique and I believe it will help me a lot in my acting.

    I tried to apply for the private sessions linked on your website but the link wasn’t working.

    I live in Maastricht and therefore I’m only able to follow sessions on weekends I don’t know if you offer sessions on weekends.

    my name is Pedro Fontaine, Im a professional actor from Chile, Meisner trained in NYC (I completed the 2 year Professional Conservatory training at The Neighborhood Playhouse in NYC).

    I am in Amsterdam for a month and am interested in your Drop In classes. Was wondering how they work, where to find the schedule, and what is the potential classmates’ background … looking forward to your response!
